This high quality, remote control, electric operated, insulated, aluminium double skinned roller garage door keeps things simple. it is made to measure as standard for a perfect fit to your garage, optimising the drive through width when fitted behind the opening. The door can be fitted internally as a face fit or inbetween your opening if required, or a bit of both even. Always remember to include the guides and the endplates which hold the roller curtain barrel.

2 hand held remote control units are supplied as standard for controlling the door up and down, but also to stop wherever you want. being remote control the door has safety detection built in with a bottom edge rubber seal with sensor to detect an obstruction and stop the door immediately.
You also have an internal wall mounted control panel which also has a button operation on it for simple internal control without the handsets.

Made to measure doors sizes up to a maximum width of 5200mm, including the guides either side.
Maximum height is 2900mm, plus the height of the roll and endplates which is 300mm regardless of whether you have a hood cover or not

The aluminium side channel guides are either 70mm or 90mm, depending on the door width ordered.
Doors over 3000mm wide will always have 90mm guides as standard so the clear opening width will be 180mm less than the ordering width.

The roller curtain is offered with a total of 21 colour options.  3 very popular standard colours have no extra charge and then 18 premium colours are offered with a small extra surcharge. This includes 3 woodgrain effect finishes.

Emergency Override
Every electric roller door has an internal emergency manual override system in the form of a winding handle operation on the same side as the motor drive. Simply hook the windig handle up and rasie or lower your door if there is a power cut. if you do not have a pedestrian door entrance into your garage then order the low level external manual release to provide access to the emergency system from the outside.

This full hood cover model provides the ultimate protection at all times with the curtain roll and mechanism enclosed in an aluminium 4 sides hood which is available in 3 standard colours or the same colour as the curtain choice for additional cost.

The hood cover is fitted to the endplates on either side of the roller barrel which the curtain rolls around.

The GDO ROLL 77 is constructed from high quality 77mm deep double skinned aluminium slats with a foam filled core. It is a made to measure, electric operated roller garage door as standard, made to the exact millimetre in width and height.

The door is electrically remote operated as standard and incorporates an internal emergency manual release in case of a power failure. This is a winding process using a winding handle provided attaching via a hook to the eye of the motor drive. This can be specified as either on the left or right as viewed from inside the garage.

The door is supplied with 2 remote hansets and an internal wall mounted control panel with inbuilt receiver for the remote controls.  The Genesis wall mounted control system dimensions are 140mm h x 120mm w x 50mm d.

The bottom slat is extruded and supplied fitted with a rubber seal system incorporating an infra red beam internally. Any obstacle is detected when the door is operating and the door will instanlty stop to prevent damage or injury.

The curtain of this door rolls around a steel barrel which is supported either side by steel endplates which have a dimension of 300mm x 300mm, which is the headroom required if you wish to hide the roll. Always allow for a maximum 50mm of curtain ‘hang down’ when the door is opened if the opening height is critical to you. This is the same on all roller garage doors.

This is the full hood cover version of the ROLL 77 offering a completely enclosed curtain and barrel for additonal weather protection and an aluminium fascia because you don't have the full headroom required in your garage internally, or you are installing inbetween your structural opening. The full hood ensures the best protection of your door curtain and the best sealing against wind and rain.

Clear opening width = Odering size - 180mm*
