DescriptionThe Teckentrup SL40 is a very capable industrial door for so many applications. With high levels of light and vision from the double glazed panels and the practical double skinned aluminium panels at low level this is a robust door with high performance. The SLW 40 offers even greater strength with steel double skinned panels as an alternative.
Like all sectional overhead doors the tracking can be configured to be anywhere between a 90 degree angle or 180 degrees and straight up the supporting wall vertically with most angles inbetween to suit the angle of the roof internally. Spring positions can also be adjusted to suit fixing points inside the buiilding.
Manual or electric operated the mechanism is smooth and quiet compared to most other types of door at these larger sizes. Electric operation is possible using various motor arrangements and either single or three phases depending on size of door, but also the number of operations per day and speed of operation required.
Standard control is internal wall mounted control panel, but so many other controls are possible to suit the operation and personnel using the door.
There are various infills possible for the aluminium framed panel sections, including grilles, perforated plates, textured glass and ISO panels. Mix and match to suit from use as a showroom door, through to an underground car park where ventilation is key.
The pedestrian door is perhaps the ultimate 'ace card' held by this type of industrial door, where a full sized pedestrian 'wicket' door is built into the main door panel to offer easy access in or out, without opening the full door and exposing all. A folding industrial door is the only other way to achieve this sort of desirable option on any door in a commercial or industrial application. Save time, money and energy with such a simple but superbly engineered option, leaving your main door closed while allowing personnel in and out all day long.
High quality components and finishes are standard in this German manufactured door, from the bottom rubber seal to the galvanised steel tracking and spring balancing.
The SL80 is the next step up if higher levels of insulation are required along with triple glazing options for the windows. - See main brochure for details.
High speed versions of this door are available for fire stations or any operation where minimum time for open access is required and minimising heat or cold loss, along with time spent waiting for the door to open or close.
SpecificationThe Teckentrup SL 40 sectional door, with aluminium frame profile and glazing elements is extremely light-permeable and gives every building a strong aesthetic. The high light penetration provides a good working environment. Standard colours and RAL custom colours as required. Wicket door option is available for when regular access is required on foot.
Made to measure to the millimetre and available as a manual or electric operated door with multiple motor drive arrangements and controls to suit the environment and customer.
