The Classic Ribbed Vertical panel design with windows comes in a range of 9 superb heritage colours, ideal for a more traditional property. Choose your own glazing and either plain or leaded window design. These are the Samson insulated, double skinned, steel panelled doors from our very popular range of side hinged doors which break new ground in terms of quality and performance.
The outer fixing subframe is constructed from box section aluminium, which, along with the rebated tops and sides of the panels, provides a strong seal against the elements and increased security. Each door is custom-made down to the millimeter, with ordering size based on the overall width and height of the doors, including the frame.
For easy on-site installation, the doors are delivered with the door leaves pre-fitted at the factory, eliminating the need to hang the door leaves separately on the subframe.

SpecificationSamson Insulated Side Hinged doors are engineered from 40mm thick insulated panels featuring an extruded aluminium perimeter frame and built-in seals for maximum thermal performance.
For continued smooth and secure operation, each leaf is equipped with two Dorma LM surface fixed hinges. The door frame is a sturdy 53mm deep aluminium profile with mitred corners and integral seals, further enhancing the durability and energy-efficiency of the door.
In addition, the Samson Insulated Side Hinged door comes with an aluminium ramped low-profile seal, as standard, adding an extra layer of protection to help keep the interior of your garage clean and dry. Hardware
DIN standard CE marked European sash lock and a pair of stainless steel round bar lever handles on 50mm diameter roses. A Euro profile cylinder and thumb turn with stainless steel escuthcheons is included as standard (double cylinder, key both sides is available as an option if required). The inactive leaf is fitted with top and bottom recessed lever action flush bolts. A stay is fitted to each leaf to hold the door in the open position.

The doors are supplied in a choice of 11 pre finished heritage colours to the outside face with a smooth surface finish as standard and grey white embossed woodgrain on the inside (RAL 9002).

The inside face of the door panels are very easy to keep clean and have no unsightly bracing bars and locking mechanisms.
Fixing Sub Frame
Samson Insulated side hinged doors are factory fitted with a fully finished aluminium fixing sub frame to make installation easy and precise with tight tolerances where the door hinges and closes.
The doors are all made to order to ensure a perfect fit and maximise the width and height of your garage opening
The frame is finished in the same colour as the door panel colour chosen.

Flush bolt security - The inactive leaf is secured with flush bolts to the top and bottom of the leaf.

3-Part Threshold as standard. These threshold strips feature a new bulb seal to help improve weather seaing at the bottom of the door.
Being 3 part allows you to extend the end beyond the frame leg allowing a neater job and gives the option to line up with other, in-line, openings. Extended lengths are available upon request.
