The SecurGuard steel doorset is a made to order double skinned steel door and steel fixing frame designed to comply with PAS24 and secure by design requirements.
 

Any commercial or domestic application where a PAS 24 and secured by design specification has been requested.

Environmental Testing
All our external doors have undergone testing to prove their suitability for use for expected UK weather conditions to BS 6375-1: 2004 Weather Tightness, which incorporates specific tests for:
Air Permeability to: BS EN 1026:2000
Water Tightness to: BS EN 1027:2000
Resistance to Wind Loading to: BS EN 12211:2000

Endurance Testing
The Secur-Dor doors have recently undergone cycle testing to enable the doorset to be CE marked in accordance with UK legislation.
In accordance with BS EN 14351-1:2006 Windows & Pedestrian Doorsets (External).
The opening and closing cycles of the doors have been tested to and passed Class 7 (500,000 cycles) of BS EN 1191:2000.

All Steel Doors manufactured using a base material of ‘Magnelis’ carry a 10 year anti-corrosion warranty in any locations classed as C1 – C3.
Any locations classed as C4 or C5 would carry a 5 year and 3 year warranty respectively.
Anti-corrosion warranty applies to the door leaf only unless we are informed prior to quotation and manufacturing and an additional protection is offered for components not available in magnelis such as the vision panels, louvre panels, etc…
Any doors manufactured in Aluzinc carry a 24 month anti-corrosion warranty unless an enhanced PPC finish is requested and applied.
All doorsets carry a 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects. All warranties are subject to site maintenance being carried out at regular intervals as outlined in the O&M manual.
