Doors by Samson

Grilles by Samson
The Vulcan SR2 and Eclipse SR3 are retractable security grilles by Samson that are certified by the LPCB to LPS 1175 SR2 and SR3 respectively.

Security Certifications
What security certifications should you be looking out for?
Check that the product has been tested to LPS 1175, and to what level. This is the specification for testing burglary resistance, and is graded 1-6 depending on its security levels.
Also take a look at the RC levels of security, as these indicate the amount of time a product can protect against an intruder.
PAS 24 was updated in February 2016, and is a procedure that tests the enhanced security levels of a product.
Any product that has been accredited with the Secured by Design certification has been tested to standards that are recognised by insurers and the UK Police.
