Hormann are well known for their vast door range and the high quality of any of the doors produced. Recently Hormann introduced a range of doors developed from their highly successful entrance doors and now offer a general purpose double skined steel doorset with emphasis in insulation and/or high security. The doors are available in standard or purpose made sizes and always are suplied with a factory fitted steel sub frame with all hinges, locks, etc factory fitted and ready for immediate action.
A range of standard colours are offered as well as laminate woodgrain options.
The MZ Thermo personnel door range offers excellent insulation for general purpose use with high quality furniture and various designs including doors with glazing sections for natural light and vision.
The KSI Thermo personnel door offers a more security focussed door set even though insulation is also part of the standard specification.
The doors are available in our Online Shop and for ease of understanding the ordering sizes are exactly the same as the Overall Width and Overall Height so all you have to do is to allow some tolerance for fitting and ensure you choose the right handing and other options presented.
The Hormann KSI Security Doors are burglar resistant and tested according to DIN EN 1627 resistance class RC 2.
Door leaf Construction
46mm thick "modern" smooth sheet steel, thick rebate, fully foamed, with thermal break, exterior and interior overlapping the leaf and matching colour.
4 sided, double EPDM seals, black, with continuous lip seal in the bottom corners for additional sealing, incl. brush seal in the frame.
